FRESH OUTTA PLANS® Terms and Conditions for the LAKE ARROWHEAD RETREAT OCT 15-19TH, 2022

I understand that with this transaction, I am PURCHASING this retreat in FULL. Participation in this program should NOT be confused with professional therapy or counseling for conditions in  the client’s personal or professional life. Retreat participants agree to be mindful of their wellbeing during this program and seek medical treatment (including, but not limited to, psychotherapy), if needed. In the event that the participant feels the need for personal counseling therapy, it is the responsibility of the participant to seek a licensed professional in their state/country. This Retreat is for personal and spiritual growth and we are not providing medical, therapy or psychotherapy services. Covid vaccinations are required. Masks may or may not be required so bring some with you. Covid-19 Antigen Rapid Tests may be required on the first day of attendance. 

 

CANCELLATION:

If I choose to cancel my participation in FRESH OUTTA PLANS® LAKE ARROWHEAD RETREAT on OCT 15-19TH, 2022, I understand that I must cancel my enrollment in writing. The amount of $250 collected for this  retreat will be non-refundable.

Cancellations made before Sept 26th, 2022 will be refunded, minus the $250. All money due will be paid in full and reach Jeanie Griffin by Sept 26th, 2022. Payments may be sent via Venmo, Zelle or check mailed: Jeanie Griffin 1930 Holly Drive # 9A, Los Angeles, CA 90068.

A TOTAL PAYMENT OF $600 must be paid by September 26th, 2022 to secure your spot. 

If you want to use a credit card, please add that to Venmo so the fees are not excluded from your payment.  

$250 OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

It is illegal to share, copy or re-purpose any of the materials herein for your own commercial use or with other  individuals.

These materials are for your personal use only unless you obtain prior written consent of Jeanie Griffin of FRESH OUTTA PLANS® to the contrary.
