I understand that with this transaction, I am PURCHASING this program in FULL. I am clear that I am NOT purchasing a monthly subscription plan that I can cancel at any time, but instead, agreeing to pay in FULL (with the opportunity to do so over time, with interest, if I am choosing a payment plan).

Participation in this program should NOT be confused with professional therapy or counseling for conditions in the client’s personal or professional life. Course participants agree to be 

mindful of their wellbeing during this program and seek medical treatment (including, but not limited to psychotherapy), if needed.  In the event that the participant feels the need for personal counseling therapy, it is the responsibility of the participant to seek a licensed professional in their state/country. This program is for personal and spiritual growth and we are not providing medical, therapy or psychotherapy services.

CANCELLATION:

If I choose to cancel my enrollment in FRESH OUTTA PLANS? Get Your Personalized Roadmap to Boldly Blazing a New Path!,  I understand that I must cancel my enrollment in writing within two (2) weeks from the start date of the program to be eligible for a refund. If I have had the strategy session with Jeanie Griffin within those two (2), I will be reimbursed what I paid to date less $ 200. If I have not had my strategy session with Jeanie Griffin, I will be reimbursed at 100% of what I paid if cancelling within the first two (2) weeks.

Jeanie Griffin’s expectation of participant respect and kindness for all other participants and staff, includes but it not limited to, race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity includes but is not limited to, race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity (including gender expression), sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, socioeconomic status, or political beliefs.
