Retreat Details:

The FRESH OUTTA PLANS® May Flower Moon Retreat, scheduled for May 15-19, 2024, at South Padre Island, TX, offers a transformative experience for personal and spiritual growth. Participants understand that this retreat does not substitute professional therapy or counseling for personal or professional conditions. It is essential for retreat participants to prioritize their well-being and seek medical treatment, including psychotherapy, if necessary. Participants must acknowledge that FRESH OUTTA PLANS® is not providing medical, therapy, or psychotherapy services. Mandatory Covid vaccinations are required, and participants should be prepared for potential mask usage. Covid-19 Antigen Rapid Tests may be required on the first day of attendance.

 

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a participant's decision to cancel their participation in the FRESH OUTTA PLANS® May Flower Moon Retreat, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellation must be communicated in writing.

• A full refund is available until March 15, 2024.

• 50% refunds are applicable for cancellations made after March 15, 2024.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 15, 2024.

• All payments must be received in full by April 15, 2024.

• Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or a check mailed to Jeanie Griffin at 1930 Holly Drive #9A, Los Angeles, CA 90068.

• Participants using credit cards are advised to add related fees to their Venmo payment.

Respect and Non-Discrimination Policy:

Participants are expected to respect and display kindness toward all other participants and staff, without compromise, regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, socioeconomic status, or political beliefs.

Intellectual Property and Copyright:

All content and materials provided during the retreat, including videos, worksheets, files, forms, documents, and spreadsheets, are protected under copyright law. Jeanie Griffin DD, LMFT, LPC, LCDC, operating under FRESH OUTTA PLANS® , holds the copyright for these materials. It is strictly prohibited to share, copy, or repurpose any materials for commercial use or distribution to other individuals without prior written consent from Jeanie Griffin of FRESH OUTTA PLANS®.

 

Agreement:

By participating in the FRESH OUTTA PLANS® May Flower Moon Retreat, I acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Jeanie Griffin, DD. LMFT. LPC, LCDC of FRESH OUTTA PLANS®.
