Terms and Conditions

Retreat Details:

The FRESH OUTTA PLANS® 6-Day Asheville Retreat is scheduled for November 2–8, 2026 in Asheville, North Carolina. This retreat is designed to offer a supportive and transformative experience for personal and spiritual growth.

Participants understand that this retreat does not substitute for professional medical care, therapy, or counseling. Attendees are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being and should seek appropriate licensed care if needed. By attending, participants acknowledge that FRESH OUTTA PLANS® and Jeanie Griffin are not providing medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

Registration and Payment:
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment is received.
Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Zelle, or check. Payment details will be provided upon registration.
Participants are advised not to book flights until their reservation has been confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a participant's decision to cancel their participation in the FRESH OUTTA PLANS® Ghost Ranch Retreat, the following conditions apply:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Full refund (minus $300 deposit) if canceled by July 1, 2026

  • 50% refund (minus deposit) if canceled by July 31, 2026

  • 25% refund (minus deposit) if canceled by August 31, 2026

  • No refunds after September 1, 2026

  • The $300 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Accommodations and Availability
Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. While preferences for housing will be considered, they are not guaranteed. Once a room or bed is booked, it is no longer available. FRESH OUTTA PLANS® will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee specific placements.
 

Code of Conduct
Participants agree to treat all guests and staff with respect, kindness, and consideration at all times.
Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or socioeconomic status.
FRESH OUTTA PLANS® reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed harmful or disruptive, without refund.

Respect and Non-Discrimination Policy:

Participants are expected to respect and display kindness toward all other participants and staff, without compromise, regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, socioeconomic status, or political beliefs.

Intellectual Property and Copyright:

All materials shared during the retreat, including but not limited to worksheets, videos, and written content, are the intellectual property of Jeanie Griffin and FRESH OUTTA PLANS®.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
 

Assumption of Responsibility
By attending the retreat, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in all activities and assume responsibility for their own well-being throughout the experience.
 

Agreement:

By registering for and attending the FRESH OUTTA PLANS® 6-Day Asheville Retreat, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
